Job Opportunities

Studio Managers are full-time and have overall responsibility for a single studio location. They manage the daily operations of the studio, recruitment and training of photographers, communication with our host store management and service our customers in photography and sales. Photographer opportunities can be either full-time or part-time. Full-time photographers may travel and work in more than one studio and are predominately located in highly concentrated metro areas. Part-time opportunities are available in most locations. If you're looking for a way to start your career, work around school schedules or pick up extra hours in the day, afternoon, evening and/or on weekends, we may have the position for you! All photographers learn to take professional portraits, service our customers, and process sales transactions through our 40-hour paid training program. You'll work closely with the Studio Manager and other photographers to learn The Studio at Target experience!

 

Seasonal Team Member opportunities are available during our winter peak season. Full-time and Part-time positions are available at most locations and Team Members usually work through mid-December depending on our business needs.

Part-time and seasonal Team Members are also eligible to participate in our Starbridge Insurance Program as of September 1, 2000. Starbridge coverage insures participants in the event of a major sickness or accident and is completely an employee paid benefit.

 

Part-time Team Members are eligible to receive vacation and holiday pay after one year of employment.
